Southwest Salad

Kidney beans, corn, avocados, sweet red peppers, sweet onions, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and chili powder.

Schnitzel with Roasted Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, and Spaghetti Squash

Pork schnitzel breaded with flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Roasted potatoes with parsley. Sauteed brussels sprouts, Roasted spaghetti squash.

Ocean Perch with Potatoes and Beans

Lightly fried ocean perch, red potatoes with parsley, blanched green beans with butter.

Breakfast Fry

Brown rice, onions, and green peppers fried in a bit of olive oil and finished off with some eggs.
