There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Shrimp Pasta Salad
Shrimp Pasta Salad made with sweet red and yellow peppers, celery, sweet onions, parsley, salt, olive oil, cider vinegar, and rotini. Some might like this served with bread :-)
