There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Aloo Gobi and Swiss Chard
Aloo gobi with cauliflower, red potatoes, sweet onions, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, and garam
masala. Swiss chard with black eyed peas, and sweet onions. Served with short grain brown rice.
