There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Bread and Salad
Protein Salad made with cucumbers, sweet onions, red peppers, garlic, flat leaf parsley, chick peas, black eyed peas, flax seed oil, olive oil, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. A beautiful rye bread on the side.
