There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Chili and Corn Bread
Chili made with tomatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, corn, azuki beans, garlic, Cajun spice, vegetable stock, and whole wheat flour served with corn bread.
