The kernöl (pumpkin seed oil) makes this meal Austrian.The tofu schnitzel might anger some Austrians ;-)

pepper) served with roasted sweet potatoes (olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper) and a romaine salad with kernöl dressing (kernöl, cider vinegar, garlic, and salt)
