There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Protein Salad and a Bagel
Protein Salad made with cucumbers, sweet yellow peppers, sweet onions, cortland apples, garlic, flat leaf parsley, olive oil, flax seed oil, cider vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, and chick peas. And... an ancient grains bagel.
