Mike's Meals

There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Three Sisters Pita

Wrap some butternut squash, corn, and frijoles refritos in a whole wheat pita.

Add some hot sauce and you're in pita heaven.

My blog primarily tries to convey meal ideas rather than recipes so you generally won't find quantities or directions. I will however include a picture and list all the ingredients (often skipping salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and water which individually enter and exit most recipes in a haphazard fashion). If the ingredients aren't listed... it was either store bought or I was lazy :-)
