There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

A Piquant Pita
A whole wheat pita stuffed with romaine lettuce, mashed chick peas, spring onions, sweet peppers, avocados, and hot sauce.
