There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Curried Vegetables with Tempeh
Curried yams, fennel, sweet onions, yellow beans, mushrooms, spinach and tempeh seasoned with ginger, turmeric, cumin, and garam masala and served with red rice.
