Kid approved vegan cookies!
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
Mix the dry ingredients except for the oats. Mix in the wet. Mix in the
oats. Bake 14 minutes in a 350F oven. Makes about 2 sheets of 12 cookies.
