There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Chips and Dips
Dinner should be fun sometimes...
Fresh oven-baked pita chips served with three dips: guacamole made with avocados, sweet onions, garlic, Cajun spice, and lime juice; salsa; and lima bean frijoles refritos.
