Vegan Holiday Dinner

A holiday dinner with bread stuffing (whole wheat bread, celery, dried cranberries, sweet onions, mushrooms, garlic, toasted pine nuts, whole wheat flour, and vegetable stock), roasted spaghetti squash with nutmeg, roasted asparagus with garlic, succotash (sweet corn, garbanzo beans, onions, garlic, and spinach), and a spring salad (assorted baby greens, strawberries, tiny tomatoes, toasted candied pecans, and a balsamic vinaigrette).
