There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Aloo Gobi with Mung Beans
Aloo gobi with cauliflower, red potatoes, sweet onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, garam masala, and mung beans served with long grain brown rice.
