There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Veggie Casserole
A layered casserole with cabbage, tomato sauce, soy protein, veggie stock, sweet peppers, mushrooms, garlic, barley, more cabbage, and more tomato sauce.
Very good the first day... very, very good the second.
