There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Hummus and Veggies
Hummus with some Kalamata and large green olives, served with a whole wheat pita. A veggie bowl on the side with carrots, sweet peppers, celery, and a green onion.
