There are lots of recipes around but not many complete meal ideas. I try to keep it simple, use what's on hand, cook from scratch, and buy organic. I try to go vegan as often as possible.

Stone Soup
Whatever the fridge coughs up...
Stone Soup made with red cabbage, mushrooms, kale, rutabaga, celery, celery root, leeks, corn, barley, black eyed peas, and vegetable stock.
