Tabbouleh fortified with lentils and flax seed oil. This dish is a complete meal and a perfect lunch-to-go I believe :-)
Cucumbers, sweet onions, tomatoes, bulgur, red lentils, mint, curly parsley, olive oil, flax seed oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Both kids told me today that it was the best tabbouleh they ever had. I got a 10 and a 9.5!
